Los Chamos, Jynxzi, and Rayo de Barcelona have already expressed interest in the player, who last competed for Capim FC.
David “Brinquinho” de Paula, a standout for Capim FC in the first split of Kings League Brazil and winner of the Phenomenal Rookie Award at May’s Arena Awards, is now being pursued by multiple teams for upcoming global Kings League tournaments. The 30-year-old recently played in the Kings World Cup Clubs for U.S.-based Jynxzi, where he was named the team’s best performer.
After his impressive displays, Brinquinho has drawn interest from clubs around the world, including Spain’s Rayo de Barcelona (led by Aleix Martí, his Jynxzi teammate) and Los Chamos, the Venezuelan side and current Kings League Américas champions.
Brinquinho’s Interest in Playing Abroad
When asked about a potential move to an international team, Brinquinho revealed his ambition to succeed overseas:
“Since I started in this sport, my goal has been to provide a better life for my family. I want to compete in global tournaments and, one day, represent Brazil’s national team,” he said.

The European Dream
Though he remains open to playing in Mexico or the U.S., Brinquinho admitted that making it in Europe would fulfill a lifelong dream:
“I come from grassroots football—since I was a kid, I’ve dreamed of playing on European pitches. Making history in Spain, for example, would be the ultimate achievement,” he told Arena Kings.
Recent rule changes in Kings League Spain—including the end of league exclusivity, squad overhauls, and the introduction of continental tournaments like the Kings Cup Europe—have further piqued his interest.
